CODE OF CONDUCT
The integrity of each employee is essential in order to guarantee exemplary collective behaviour. Integrity as regards the company and our business relationships requires renouncing corruption in all its forms, avoiding any conflicts of interest and complying with the laws and regulations of the countries in which we work.

Our commitments to our employees – Ethics Committee
Trescal has set up an Ethics Committee for its employees. This Committee is responsible for overseeing all ethics-related issues within the Group. Any employee from the TRESCAL group can refer this Committee to any ethical topic. The Committee guarantees that such discussions are confidential.
The Committee can also take responsibility for any ethical issue concerning the Group. The Committee is authorised to visit any subsidiary or any premises belonging to the TRESCAL group.
