Continuous training
The Trescal Institute

Trescal encourages employees to develop their skills throughout their careers.

Trescal has set up a training centre specifically for this called the “Trescal Institute”.

Located in Germany, Asia, France, the United Kingdom and the United States, the Trescal Institute unites all of the Group’s training initiatives based on 2 key areas:

Traditions

End-of-year meals and retirement parties, open days in laboratories to which clients and the families of our employees are invited, sports competitions, and more are just some of the many events that have become traditions. We encourage our employees to take the lead in organising these social gatherings.


Sport

Sport is one of the foundations of our company. As a sponsor of sporting events, Trescal supports Sailors, Runners, Weightlifters, Football teams, etc. As the aeronautics industry represents a major part of our business, Trescal also owns a hot-air balloon and an aerobatics biplane which regularly appear in famous competitions or events. Our Starduster thus accompanied the Patrouille de France on a historic tour of the United States in 2017.

The Group supports its employees and helps bring communal projects to fruition such as a entering a team at the Paris Marathon (2019), inter-company challenges, etc. We’re very keen to look into any of your sports projects.
